Personal Background
I grew up playing youth and high school hockey in the Philadelphia area, before joining the University of Vermont as a recruited walk-on. There, I earned a scholarship and became the career leader in games played (148). My 18-year professional career began in the ECHL, moved through the AHL, and included top European leagues like the SHL, KHL, and Swiss NLA. I was part of an SHL championship with Brynäs IF, earned all-star honors in the SHL, Swiss NLA and KHL, and represented Team USA at the 2018 Winter Olympics. Now, I use my global hockey experience to help defensemen develop smarter, more purposeful play through personalized coaching.
